Aquamarine (アクアマリン Akuamarin?) is a jewel found in some Castlevania games. It is usually associated with the Water element.
It's first appearance was in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night as a "Fairly Valuable Ring". It can be sold to the Master Librarian for 800 Gold, which is the second least valuable jeweled ring - more valuable than a Zircon (150 G) and less valuable than a Turquoise (1,500 G). About a quarter of the jewels dropped by the Jewel Sword are Aquamarines.
It later appeared in Castlevania: Curse of Darkness as a base material from which to make "water"-based equipment. It is needed to create the Deck Brush, Trident and the Frog Mouth Helm.
