The Cape of Invisibility (or Invisible Cape) is a magic cape that renders the wearer invisible (think totally invisibly but a kinda bending the light sorta thing so you can still see were you are).
In Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, The Crystal Cloak (called the Invisible in Japan) is a purple cloak in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. The cape itself is invisible (you can see what is on the other side of Alucard), but it doesn't make the parts of Alucard not covered by the cape invisible. It gives +6 Constitution and +2 Defense. This is one more CON than an Elven Cloak, but two less CON and one less DEF than a Royal Cloak. Because of technical limitations of the Sega Saturn, the Crystal Cloak was replaced with the Glaring Cloth in the Saturn version of the game.
In Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin, it renders the player invisible, but this does not affect enemy targeting. It is earned by completing Boss Rush 1 in under 3 minutes.
In Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, it can obtained from a blue chest in the second chapter on normal or later. In addition to offering near-invisibility, the cape is the only one that increases Luck (+2). It has rather average stats, with the standard +5 defense against Fire and Ice, +5 MP and HP, and +4 DEF
