The Castle Center (悪魔城中心部, Akumajō Chūshinbu^?) is an area in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. It can be accessed from the Marble Gallery's clock room if Alucard enters it equipped with both, the Gold Ring and the Silver Ring. It is a small area, at the center of Dracula's Castle where Maria Renard can be found. After a short dialogue, she will give Alucard the Holy Glasses, which are required to free Richter Belmont from Shaft's control. In the Sega Saturn and The Dracula X Chronicles versions, Maria must be defeated in battle before she hands over the glasses.

The Reverse Castle Center is the Reverse Castle's counterpart of this area.

Trivia

• If Alucard goes out of bounds and makes contact with the right-center space outside the wall, he will enter a loading zone leading him into an empty black room. This room appears to be the same one used for the Reverse Castle Center's final boss. However, there is nothing loaded in the Castle Center's counterpart of the room aside from the spawning point. Therefore, Alucard will become stuck in the room once he enters it and unable to escape without resetting the game.
