Charlotte Aulin (ja. シャーロット・オーリン) is a sorceress from the Konami video game Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin for the Nintendo DS. She is one of the two main, playable characters.
Character history
Charlotte Aulin is a descendant of the powerfully magical Fernandez/Belnades clan. Like many of the women from this bloodline, such as Yoko Belnades, Charlotte is affiliated with the Church and can cast complex magic spells; the young woman can even transform herself into animals.
As a child, Charlotte was raised alongside Belmont descendant Jonathan Morris and the two formed a strong, platonic bond. In 1944, Aulin aided Morris in an effort to foil the plot to destroy humanity by the vampire artist Brauner and his twin vampire daughters, Stella and Loretta.
