- For the general environment, see Clock and Machine Towers.
The Clock Tower (時計塔 Tokeidō?) is a location in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. It is accessible from the Outer Wall section and leads to the Castle Keep.
Its Reverse Castle counterpart is the Reverse Clock Tower.
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night[]
The whole area does not have any Save Rooms, so it is advisable to try to avoid all the spikes as best as possible, as they deal damage scaled with the player's max HP.
The two Symphony of the Night clock towers share a common secret: four gears are located in the main tower, two in each chamber. Hitting each of these until they make a small click rather than a loud clank will raise the gate in the lower-left of the tower (upper-left in the inverted version). In the regular Clock Tower, this allows access to a room containing a Steel Helm, Gold Plate and a Star Flail.
There is a destroyable wall in the upper-right of the left-hand room that leads through a chamber guarded by Flea Armors to a larger "top of tower" room. This room contains an HP Max Up and a Heart Max Up guarded by a Cloaked Knight. In the Sega Saturn version, there is also a Rainbow Robe.
The room with the swinging pendulums on the left side of the area has a destroyable wall in the lower-left, a slab with obvious seams at the top and bottom. Behind this is the Healing Mail. There is also a breakable wall in a small alcove on the right half of the room, which contains a Pot Roast.
The final corridor that leads to the boss room also contains some throwables in various walls.

Trivia[]
- This area is a recreation of Stage 7 of Castlevania: Rondo of Blood. It shares a similar level layout, including the boss room where Shaft Ghost was fought in that game, where now the Karasuman fight takes place. The locations of most hidden items are also similar.
- The Cloaked Knight found in the top room has the unique feature of respawning immediately if the player moves too far away from the center. The same goes for the one in same room of the Reverse Clock Tower.
- This is the only area in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night that doesn't have any Save Rooms.
