The Cuirass (also called Cuirass Armor, Cuirassair Armor) is body armor in the Castlevania series.
In Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance, the Cuirass Armor is described as an armor made from fabric treated with a special liquid. It grants DEF +22, which is two more than the Rock Leather and 1 less than the Padded Armor.
In Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, the Cuirass gives DEF +38 and is rarely dropped by the Final Guard.
In Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, the Cuirassair Armor is created by adding Adamantine to a Field Armor, increasing its DEF from 35 to 40. It cannot be further evolved and is 5 less than the Parade Armor, which can also be created with a Field Armor.
