A Succubus has the ability to give its victims Delusional Visions which usually involves the Succubus appearing as someone important to their victim, either in a dream or overlapped with reality. A Succubus appeared as Alucard's mother Lisa in his dream in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and Encore of the Night, as Leon Belmont's betrothed Sara in Lament of Innocence, as Soma's childhood friend Mina in Aria of Sorrow, and as his friend Yoko in Dawn of Sorrow and Harmony of Despair.
In Castlevania Puzzle: Encore of the Night, this can be used by the Succubus as a spell to prevent matching blocks from breaking them for a time.
