Destructive Glance is an Ability Soul in Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow. It allows the player to use the touchscreen to shatter certain blocks.

Soma Cruz is granted this ability by gaining dominance over Balore's soul after defeating him in the Wizardry Lab. It allows him to destroy the numerous ice blocks that appear in certain rooms, thus granting him access to new areas of the castle. In order to use it, the player must touch the ice blocks on the touchscreen to destroy them. These blocks can be destroyed by either tapping each of them individually, or by dragging the stylus across the touchscreen.
