The Devil Tower and the Evil Pillar are enemies in Castlevania: Circle of the Moon.

Description

Sculptures of demonic faces decorating certain columns within the castle. When approached, they will turn around and spew petrifying projectiles at the player.

The main difference between them is that Devil Towers shoot in a horizontal direction and appear early in the game, while Evil Pillars shoot in an undulating pattern, effectively covering a much wider range.
