Two Castlevania tracks are called Dracula's Castle but they're different.
Symphony of the Night
Dracula's Castle is a music composed by Michiru Yamane for Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. It is heard in the first section of Dracula's castle, the Entrance. It is considered by many fans as Alucard's theme, which was confirmed by Konami in Castlevania: Judgment. In the game Frogger: Hyper Arcade Edition, after you complete all 20 challenges, a stage based off of Castlevania is unlocked as well as this music for this stage.

Trivia
An electronic-style remix of this song exists as raw CD audio on the US release of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for the Playstation. It is preceded with a warning from Alucard not to play cut (track) #1, as it contains computer data. Amusingly, Alucard adds that the listener "probably won't listen to him anyway" before the song starts.
Curse of Darkness
Another Dracula's Castle is a music composed by Michiru Yamane for Castlevania: Curse of Darkness. It is the music that plays during the Dracula's Castle.
