The Egg is one of Maria Renard's sub-weapons. It appears in Castlevania: Rondo of Blood and its Dracula X Chronicles remake.
When an egg is equipped, Maria tosses it in an upward arc. Upon landing, six doves hatch from it and fly upward. Its item crash involves Maria raising her hand holding an egg and saying: "Egg". Eight doves and a red bird then hatch from it in a circular pattern with the red bird in the middle, spinning toward the direction Maria is facing. It reduces a small amount of the enemy's health.
