An Enhancement Rune is a type of item in Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls. They are reagents used in upgrading equipment through alchemy. They come in multiple varieties, the rarer ones being larger and granting more EXP to equipment.
These items, aside from the 1★ variation, have the Morning Star symbol on them.
