Enkidu is an enemy in Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. It is a lonely artificial monster, its only company a White Dragon.
Origins[]

Enkidu is a central figure in the Ancient Mesopotamian Epic of Gilgamesh. Enkidu was formed from clay and saliva by Aruru, the goddess of creation, to rid Gilgamesh of his arrogance.
In the story, he is a wild man raised by animals and ignorant of human society until he is bedded by Ishtar. Thereafter, a series of interactions with humans and human ways bring him closer to civilization, culminating in a wrestling match with Gilgamesh.
Though equal to Gilgamesh in strength and bearing, he acts in some ways as an antithesis to the warrior king. Enkidu then becomes the king's constant companion and deeply beloved friend, accompanying him on adventures until he is stricken with illness and dies. The deep, tragic loss of Enkidu profoundly inspires in Gilgamesh a quest to escape death by obtaining godly immortality.
Description[]
Enkidu only appears in one location, the midway segment of the Misty Forest Road. He is similar in appearance to The Creature, except that he has no hair and has some kind of mechanical device attached on his back. He carries a large segment of a pillar, so large that he cannot turn around. Attached to this pillar is a White Dragon (two in Hard Mode), which behaves the same as the normal enemy.
If the White Dragon is destroyed first, Enkidu will strike the pillar with his head in frustration, then hoist the pillar fragment on his shoulder and follow Shanoa, attempting to hit her with it.
If Enkidu is destroyed first, he will die and get crushed by the pillar. The White Dragon will continue to attack as normal. While most White Dragons drop Hearts upon defeat, this one will drop $10 coins.
While Enkidu himself is weak to Slash attacks, the White Dragon, as usual, is weak against Strike; thus, a common way of dispatching this enemy is to first deal with the White Dragon, which will likely be blocking most of the player's attempts to approach by both widely wriggling its body and by spewing out either fireballs or breathing flame. For this end, it's recommended to switch to the Macir glyph. After the White Dragon is defeated, Enkidu will take a couple of seconds to hoist the pillar on his shoulder, time in which he is completely vulnerable; the player should then switch to a glyph with the Slash attribute and charge at him. Alternatively, they may cast a Glyph Union with a good piercing effect, such as Iuppiter, in combination with slashing attacks to quickly fell the monster before he can retaliate.
