Escape from Underground is a medley of Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse music themes created for the Akumajō Dracula Famicom Best soundtrack and later included in the Akumajō Dracula Best Music Collections BOX. It includes the Family Computer Disk System versions of the following songs:

• Aquarius (Sunken City Stage)
• Pressure (Sunken City Escape)
