Falcis is a the most basic Sickle Glyph available to Shanoa in Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia and Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls, and means "Sickle" in Latin.
Appearances[]
Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia[]
Falcis can be found on Minera Prison Island. It can participate in any Sickle Glyph or Weapon Glyph Unions. The next strongest sickle glyph is Vol Falcis.
Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls[]
Falcis is a 1★ equipment item that is immediately available to Shanoa. It cannot level up, has no perks, and no elemental attributes. It's special attack is Blade Vortex. This ability allow Shanoa the ability to reach high areas, making this glyph an essential weapon in the early parts of the game. The next strongest sickle glyph in this game is the thin-bladed Falcis Rallus. Since this weapon also has Blade Vortex and can be upgraded, the Falcis can likely be discarded once Falcis Rallus is summoned.

Trivia[]
- Falcis is an inflection of the Latin word, falx. It translates to "sickle or scythe". It is also derived from the Proto-Indo-European words, "dʰelk" and dʰelg". Both translate to "a cutting tool", which fits the name and use of this trio of glyphs.
