The Game Boy Nintendo Player's Guide is one of four supplements given to subscribers of Nintendo Power in 1991. It is the companion to the NES Game Atlas, this time covering Game Boy games. It includes strategy guides and maps for many Game Boy titles, including Castlevania: The Adventure, and contains original artwork for many of its enemies. Being made before the release of Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge, it erroneously indicates that the hero of this game is Simon Belmont instead of Christopher Belmont.
