Ghostly Eyeballs are enemies in Castlevania II: Simon's Quest.
Description
Floating eyeball monsters that slowly home toward Simon. They are first encountered in Dabi's Path, in the cavern right outside the town of Veros. They don't pose much of a threat as they can usually be killed in a single strike. However, they respawn frequently and can traverse through walls, allowing them to approach the player from above or below, where it's difficult to hit them, and gang up on them.
