The Great Explosion is an event that took place circa 1547 at Dracula's Castle. It is, as its name suggests, a huge explosion that destroyed the Brotherhood of Light's army after their failed attempt to take the castle.
Story
After being defeated by Dracula himself, Roland de Ronceval, a Paladin, takes his crucifix and starts praying. Dracula joins the prayer, and grabs the cross to show that God and holy power has no effect on him because in the past he was God's chosen warrior. A first explosion blows off the soldiers nearby.
At the end of the prayer, finished by Dracula, the holy power explodes. The explosion is seen from space, and heard from thousands of miles away. Dracula is the only survivor of the explosion, maybe with the exception of Alucard, who appears after(possibly due to their shared immortality, rendering Alucard immune to holy energy as well).
