The Guardian Gloves are the arm component to the Guardian Set in Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance. They are obtained along with the Guardian Armor (DEF +36), Guardian Helm (DEF +14), and Guardian Boots (DEF +8) when the Guardian Armor is destroyed by gears. They provide Defense +14, which is greater than the Hard Gloves (+10), but less than the Arm Guards (+18).
