The Healing Mail (sometimes called Walk Armor) is a body armor that slowly regenerates the player's HP over time.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night[]
The Healing Mail restores about 1 HP of damage for every three seconds of continuous walking. It also grants a DEF +4 boost, which is the same as the Iron Cuirass.
Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance[]
The Healing Mail grants DEF +15 and restores HP while not moving.
There is also a similar armor, the Walk Armor (called Heal Walker in the Japanese version), which restores health only while in motion (this includes dashing), but has twice as much DEF (30), which is the same as the Scale Armor. It is found in the Luminous Cavern of Castle B (which is the first of these areas visited by the player), in the tall vertical room that is beyond the Golem's boss room. The item lies inside a small cave formation that is reached through a narrow vertical passage high above. It is normally intended to be picked up late in the game by the use of the Griffin's Wing. However, it can actually be reached during the player's first visit to this area by jump kicking on the Ghosts that infinitely spawn there and double jumping as necessary.
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin[]
The Healing Mail restores Jonathan's HP while walking. It grants DEF +12, which is 3 more than the Copper Plate, but 3 less than the Iron Plate. It's located in the City of Haze, inside a hidden room accessed by breaking a part of the ceiling midway through the underground railway with the pump trolley. Since this entrance is high above, it can only be accessed later in the game, once the player has acquired means to reach it (such as Owl Morph or Griffon Wing).
