The Ice Whip is a whip with an added Ice element.
In Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, this whip can freeze enemies temporarily, which can be used as platforms.
In Castlevania: Lament of Innocence, the Whip of Ice is obtained after defeating the Frost Elemental optional miniboss in the Dark Palace of Waterfalls. It adds the Ice element to the Whip of Alchemy. Like an Orb after defeating a main area boss, picking up the whip restores all of the player's HP.
Several Ice Whips can be found in Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls, the Rock Breaker, Ice Beater, Hydra, Dragon's Claw, Queen's Pride, Kraken Whip, and Jormungandr.
