Jewel Knuckles (ダイヤナックル? "Diamond Knuckle") are jewel reinforced knuckles. They are Alucard's strongest fist weapon that doesn't have a special attack.
The Jewel Knuckles are normally obtained in the Outer Wall once the Form of Mist has been obtained. However, there is a secret way to obtain them and several other items earlier in the game. Go to the bottom of the outer wall. Get past the Armor Lord on the platform above (using Soul Steal or Tetra Spirit repeatedly from the platform below or using Hellfire to teleport past it are safest, since the Armor is very powerful at this point in the game) and enter the room behind it. Knock down the wall at the left side and wait in the space for about 20 seconds. Don't overlap. Then, a purple, transparent platform will fall into the room below where there are the Jewel Knuckles and Mirror Cuirass. This means you don't have to wait until you get mist form to get them. Go back on the platform to go back up.
