Keremet is a strange boss fight. He hides inside his cauldron and will not emerge unless it has been struck at least five times. When he comes out, Keremet will face the side of the attacker who dared strike his cauldron and attack by unleashing little green blobs, or by firing a large red blast. If the red blast is struck, it will split into smaller skull-like projectiles.
Keremet will often drop smaller portions of himself during the fight, which will animate and move toward the cauldron. The cauldron can be pushed across the floor without penalty, and properly positioning it can prove vital to a successful fight against Keremet. One can also just use a Mace, or a similar weapon, stand on the very edge of the cauldron, and spam away. Keremet will only be able to hit the player very few times from there, but most of the time he can be defeated without losing any health.
Keremet may be a reference to Roger the Potted Ghost, a boss enemy in the video game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, in that they are both tall, ghost-like bosses who hide inside of a large pot which can be pushed around to the player's advantage.
