The Minotaur Axe is the signature Axe that a Minotaur wields, which can sometimes be considered a Battle Axe or Bullova per a Minotaur's drop item. When used by a Minotaur, it usually features a long handle, and is involved in a variety of cutting and throwing attacks. When used by Simon Belmont in Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls, it features a shorter handle and is thrown with a Type B Axe attack, which is hurled forward and then spins in place at a fixed distance for a while.
