The Needle Lizard is an enemy in Super Castlevania IV.

Description

The Needle Lizard is a porcupine-like reptile that occasionally curls itself up and starts rolling back and forth at great speed a few times, damaging anything on its path with its sharp spikes.

Its behavior is somewhat similar to the She Worm in Castlevania: The Adventure and Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth.

In Castlevania: Moonlight Rhapsody, it can also shoot needles forward.
