The Opal Circlet is a circlet made of Opal (or Sapphire in the original Japanese versions, where it is called the Sapphire Circlet) that appears in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. In addition to protecting you from Ice attacks, it will actually heal you when you receive an Ice based hit. It also gives an Intelligence boost of 10, which is two more than the Cat-Eye Circlet, two less than the Silver Crown, and the same as the Ruby Circlet, the Topaz Circlet, and Beryl Circlet.
