The Overlook Tower is the northern wing of Dracula's Castle. It is made up mostly of high up part of the castle in the snowy mountains. The Toy Maker and Agreus both have lairs in this wing.
Dracula can access this wing in the Map Rooms or through the Wolf Altars when in the city.
