Pudding is a food item that recovers health in the Castlevania series of games. Its first appearance was as a food item for Maria in Castlevania: Rondo of Blood and later in Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles. In Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, it gives you 17 HP, which is the highest amount given by any dessert. It gives you one more HP than a Parfait and one less than a Cheese, which gives you the least amount of HP for any entree. It can only be obtained with a Meal Ticket in that game.

Pudding also appears in Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin and Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. Portrait of Ruin also contains a Pudding Bucket, which gives a substantial higher amount of HP back.

Pudding is dropped by enemies that like to eat it, such as Chronomage and Succubus in Aria of Sorrow, Dead Mate in Dawn of Sorrow, and Amalaric Sniper in Portrait of Ruin. Pudding can also be found in the Underground Reservoir in Aria of Sorrow.

In Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, it is a dessert which increase HP and MP by the same small amount (+15). It gives a good boost to both, INT and LCK (+5). This is better than the Red Licorice, which is otherwise the same except that it reduces LCK by 5 rather than increasing it. It gives more LCK and MP than any other dessert, but gives less health than some others (the common Berry Cruller increases HP and MP by +25 but LCK and MP by +1, Strawberry Donut gives +35 HP and MP and +2 LCK and MP).
