The Rare Ghost is an enemy in Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance. It is a rarely encountered ghost that attempts to run away as soon as he spots the player.
Appearance
The Rare Ghost resembles a small Christmas elf. As his name implies, he rarely appears in the locations he inhabits. In fact, the odds of running into him are based heavily on the player's Luck, possibly being LCK × 0.00025, as at maximum Luck there is a ¼ chance of encountering him.
He is very skittish and will run at the sight of the player. In that regard, he is similar to other flighty enemies, such as the Yeti, the Dodo Bird, Tsuchinoko, or the Chronomage.
