The Reverse Keep is a location in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. It is the first area visited in the Reverse Castle and has the exact same layout and music as the Castle Keep from the normal castle, except that it is upside down. Only the enemies and items found within it are not the same.

Geography

The Reverse Keep is first area of the Reverse Castle entered and is first reached through a teleporter in the Castle Keep section of the normal castle upon defeating Shaft's orb that controls Richter. It is connected to the Reverse Clock Tower to the left and the Anti-Chapel to the right.

There are no barriers in this castle that cannot be passed once you reach the Reverse Castle, so you can explore it in any order. In order to resurrect Dracula and kill him and get the good ending of the game, you must present all of Dracula's Relics in the Ceremonial Room above the Room of Clocks in the Black Marble Gallery, which are obtained by defeating five of the bosses in the inverted castle. The Heart of Vlad is guarded by Medusa in the Anti-Chapel, the Ring of Vlad is guarded by Darkwing Bat in the Reverse Clock Tower, the Tooth of Vlad is guarded by The Creature in the Reverse Outer Wall, the Eye of Vlad is obtained from Death in the Cave, and the Rib of Vlad is guarded by Akmodan II in Death Wing's Lair.
