The Ricochet Rock (called a Diamond in Castlevania II: Simon's Quest and Rebound Stone in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night) is a sub-weapon that is thrown downward at a 45° angle and bounces off any surface it strikes, doing this repeatedly every time it strikes a surface for a while or until it leaves the screen. Its first appearance was in Castlevania II: Simon's Quest and it reappeared later in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.
