The 7 Bladed Sword is a weapon that is rarely used but has a lot of potential. It is one of the relatively rare elemental weapons in the game, and deals Dark damage. Each time it hits, a small orb recovers Hector's HP by 1 point.

The Seven-Branched Blade (七支刀 Shichishitō?) is a sword of continental manufacture believed to be identical with the artifact of that name. As a gift of the king of Baekje, it was bestowed upon a Yamato ruler who is mentioned in the Nihon Shoki in the fifty-second year of the reign of the semi-mythical Empress Jingū. The original sword has been conserved since antiquity in the Isonokami Shrine in Nara Prefecture, Japan and is not on public display. An inscription on the side of the blade is an important source for understanding the relationships between kingdoms of the Korean peninsula and Japan in that period.

- Corpsey, one of the four possible final forms of a Battle-Type Innocent Devil, wields a 7 Bladed Sword as his main weapon.
- The design of the 7 Bladed Sword is similar to that of the Lucifer's Sword from Lament of Innocence, the main difference being that this has six protrusions along the blade and the other has only four.
- The design of the 7 Bladed Sword resembles that of the Dark Dragon Blade from the 2004 game Ninja Gaiden.
