Slash (music)

Slash is a music theme composed by Jigokuguruma Nakamura and introduced in the 1993 NEC PC Engine game Castlevania: Rondo of Blood. It is the background theme for Stage 4'. It is also the theme for Maria Renard in the 2008 Nintendo Wii game Castlevania Judgment.

The track also appears in Pachislot Akumajō Dracula II, Castlevania: Harmony of Despair and Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls.

• A common mistake, first made by Konami itself, is the confusion between the tracks Slash and Op.13, due to an issue on the back cover of the soundtrack Akumajō Dracula X.
