Summon Spirit, also called Ghost Chaser , summons a spirit which homes-in on enemies. Variations of this spell can be used by Alucard, Soma Cruz, Charlotte Aulin, and Shanoa (with an Umbra glyph). Some enemies can also summon spirits in this manner, such as Dullahan, Dracula, and Black Fomor.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night[]
A very maneuverable spirit can be summoned by Alucard in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Alucard an also summon four spirits at once with the Tetra Spirit spell.
Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow[]
Soma Cruz can summon two spirits with the Ghost's soul, although these tend to pick a direction and then just head there. Soma's Summon Spirit is unique in that it is Holy elemental.
Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia[]
Shanoa can use this spell using the Umbra Glyph, which can be stolen from a Black Fomor while it is casting the spell. This glyph can perform Darkness Glyph Unions.
Castlevania Judgment[]
Alucard can use this spells by shaking the remote while holding down the B button in Castlevania Judgment. It closely resembles the version found in Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia for the Umbra glyph.
Castlevania: Harmony of Despair[]
Alucard has access to his original Summon Spirit spell from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night in Castlevania: Harmony of Despair. Another version of this spell called Ghost Chaser can be found that is based the attack that can be performed by Dullahan and Dracula. This spell can be acquired from these enemies by Charlotte Aulin by binding their attack and by Soma Cruz by stealing Dullahan's soul.
