The Dark Chapel is a location in Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow.

Overview[]

The Dark Chapel is comprised of inner halls and chambers, as well as an outside complex built in overview to a lake, and a dungeon that apparently houses no living prisoners. It connects to the Garden of Madness, Subterranean Hell and Condemned Tower.

Here, Soma will have his first encounter with one of the two Dark Lord candidates, Dmitrii Blinov. After defeating him, he'll still have to confront the main boss of this area, Malphas, and gain dominance over his soul, which will allow him to perform double jumps.
