Rafael Antonio "Tony" Oliver is an American voice actor. He voiced Vincent Dorin in Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. Later, he provided the voice of Shaft as a replacement of Jeff Manning in Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles and its portable games: Castlevania: Rondo of Blood and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. He also voiced the Demon Familiar, the Sword Familiar and the priest in the confessional room of the Royal Chapel: "Rest your weary soul here. May the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost be with you. Amen."
Oliver is known in anime for his roles of Hiromu Shinbo in Chobits, Arsène Lupin III from Lupin III, Sha Gojyo in Saiyuki series, Rick Hunter in Robotech, Lancer/Cú Chulainn in Fate/stay night, and Ulquiorra Cifer in Bleach.
