In Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, the Unicorn is a DSS card representing the element of Light, and thus producing light effects when used in conjunction with Action Cards. It is one of the two rarest cards in the game (along with the Black Dog card) because it is dropped by White Armors, which can only be found in the Battle Arena. When combined with the Uranus card, the Unicorn can be summoned. The summoned Unicorn does no damage, but instead heals the player.

The damage done by all damaging Unicorn effects is dependent on Nathan's STR (as modified by the card combo if applicable) and the susceptibility of the target(s) to Light.

Effect: A circular shield surrounds Nathan and protects him from every side (albeit to a limited extent from below), dealing Holy damage to anything it comes in contact with.
Mars + Unicorn (Holy Sword) - Circle of the Moon [edit]

Create: Mars + Unicorn
Effect: An extremely long sword that strikes straight ahead with no arc and a very fast attack speed. The sword is positioned behind Nathan during the attack's start-up time, doing damage to enemies in the way just as if they were hit by the main attack.
Diana + Unicorn (Guided Shell) - Circle of the Moon [edit]
A guided shell is released with each attack. DSS Effect

Effect: Each swing of the whip produces a white orb that tracks an enemy.
Apollo + Unicorn (Arrow of Light) - Circle of the Moon [edit]
An arrow of light is hurled down. DSS Effect

Effect: Eight spears fall from the sky consecutively, starting from the left and moving across. Nathan is invincible for a moment while the attack is activating.
Neptune + Unicorn (Holy Healing) - Circle of the Moon [edit]
Holy attacks heal character while reducing MP. DSS Effect
Consume: 3 MP/TIME  Create: Neptune + Unicorn
Effect: Holy attacks, like the beams of the White Armor, heal Nathan while reducing his MP. The Holy element lacks a clear visual cue to identify it.
Saturn + Unicorn (Cherub Familiar) - Circle of the Moon [edit]
A cherub familiar appears to attack in tandem. DSS Effect
Consume: 32 MP/Shot  Create: Saturn + Unicorn
Effect: Summons a tiny angel that fires holy arrows at enemies while the attack button is held.
Uranus + Unicorn (Summon Unicorn) - Circle of the Moon [edit]
A Unicorn will be summoned to attack. DSS Effect
Consume: 100 MP/USE  Create: Uranus + Unicorn
Sequence: ↓ ←(→) ↑ + Attack
Effect: The only non-damaging summon, the Unicorn restores 16% health.
Pluto + Unicorn (Invulnerability) - Circle of the Moon [edit]
The body glows with light and cannot be hit with anything. DSS Effect
Consume: 20 MP / TIME  Create: Pluto + Unicorn
Effect: Makes Nathan glow, making him completely invincible. He cannot hurt enemies, however.
