Vampire Killers[1] are supporting characters in Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. They will trade the player's current Crystal for a more powerful one.
Description[]
There are two Vampire Killers in the game who are interested in trading their Crystals, free of charge, for those Simon Belmont currently have in his possession. The one in Aljiba will trade a Blue Crystal in exchange for a White Crystal, while the one in the town of Aldra will trade a Red Crystal for a blue one.
If after making business with a Vampire Killer the player attempts to trade back their Crystal for a less powerful one, the trader will say that he isn't interested and the transaction won't take place.

Trivia[]
- Since Vampire Killers always trade a more valuable Crystal for a less valuable one, they may be either collectors or be ignorant of their powers, or they may actually know about Simon's mission and are doing their part in aiding him to remove the curse placed upon him.
