Vassago is an enemy in Castlevania: Lament of Innocence and Castlevania: Curse of Darkness. It is an evil spirit said to be summoned by those who seek knowledge.
Origins[]
Vassago is a prince of Hell, commanding 26 legions of demons. In spite of his appearance in Castlevania as an enemy, Vassago is considered a "good" demon who reveals facets of the past long since forgotten by men, as well as future events yet to come.
