Yoko Belnades is a playable character in the game Castlevania: Harmony of Despair. She is purchased as DLC in the Xbox 360 version, but comes free with the purchase of the full game for PlayStation 3. Yoko plays with a style similar to that of her appearance in Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow.

Official background

A descendant of the famous Belnades clan of sorcerers, Yoko excels at the use of fire, ice, and lightning magic.

Attack

Yoko retains the Belnades Staff that she had in Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow. However, it does not give a life bonus when striking an enemy in this game as it did in that game.

Yoko retains her three spells from Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Holy Lightning, Holy Flame, and Blue Splash, each of which is unique to her in this game, but which are ultimately derived from Sypha Belnades's spells in Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse. She starts with all three spells available in her inventory.

Unique Items

Yoko has one item that she can find that is unique to her. This is the Philosopher's Stone. It is a healing item that can be equipped and used like food or a potion, but is not removed from the inventory when used. Instead, it costs 50 MP to use.
